Our 121 Day Retreats are like a personal spa day for your career.  Join Ali in the beautiful Hampshire countryside to take a deep dive into what's going on for you in your career right now and what changes you want to make.

With you, we co-create a full day experience where you receive coaching, participate in exercises and activities that will get you thinking differently, and get PLENTY of time to reflect.

A typical Career Discovery day might look like this:

• Energising Strengths Discovery Session
• Reflection through walking in nature
• "Living Out Your Values" Coaching
• Visual capture of Energising Strengths and Values
• Healthy lunch and some fresh air
• Coaching to create your Career Vision
• Reflective writing
• Creative exploration of your Career Possibilities
• Planning actions to take forward

HOWEVER, you can choose exactly what you'd like to achieve on your 121 Day Retreat.  It's all about you and what will have the most positive impact for you and your career.

Tasty and healthy refreshments are provided throughout the day to keep your brain firing on all cylinders.

Cost is £2,165 to include all coaching, exercises, venue and refreshments.

A package is available for £3,000 which includes a Full Day 121 Retreat PLUS 4 x 90 minute follow up coaching online.
